Default XC60 Dealer fit Wheels

Hi All

First post and first of all many thanks for all the useful info everyone has posted about their xc60 - its been a great help in choosing options etc so thanks all.

I'm really interested in the wheels below - I think they are dark grey 19inch Achilies wheels. I've done a google search and I cant find any prices for them, I also checked the volvo uk website and they don't seem to be listed anywhere that I can see.

Anyway I wondered if anyone knew where I could get more information on them price etc and how i'd go about getting a set?

Also if I did go for them would there be a market for the old wheels? They will be 18inch Mantus brand new. How much would I get for them on the 2nd hand market?

I asked my dealer about this as well. They are over £2.5K + tyres!

Not worth it IMO.

Thanks for the help

£2.5k is pretty steep. Will have to have a think about it!

There was an xc60 with these rims on it at my local dealers on one of my visits and they were quoted on the accesories at 1800 quid WITHOUT the tyres. Can get a set of 22s from local mod place for 600 less WITH tyres.

Anyone had any success selling wheels on ebay?

Just thinking if I could get a good price for the alloys it would offset some of the cost?

Well, I tried to sell my original 760 wheels that came with my 780, with no biddings in almost a week (although about 7 "watchers"). Decided to do them up and keep them, as they fit my car.

Don't forget that 99% of the XC60's are company cars and their drivers will not bother changing the wheels.

Thanks.

I meant to say "lease cars" and not company cars (sorry).

Info from my dealer who said that about 99% of all XC60 models sold in the UK are lease cars and of those, approx 80-82% are company cars. Don't forget that on lease cars, you will need permission from the finance company.

Personally, I think 99% is too high, but who knows?!
