help!my 460si auto vibration in D when step brake!!

i just bid a 96N 460si auto 1.8 from ebay. the dishonestseller didn't tell me the all conditions of the car!i am stupid trust him and his family! oh,the problem is :when at the "d" ,and braking , the car vibration badly , but at 'p' and 'n' are ok and drive smoothly. i think there somthing wrong with gear box . anyone can help me ??
i live in london, is there any suggestions ? and is it possible to find a cheaper garage or mechanic can help me fix this problem?

Take the car back and get a refund of your money.

if there is a problem with the car you have a 28 day warranty by law.
do not let them put you off by saying it was a private sale, that dont mean didly squat mate.
The law as it stands states...... if a vehicle is purchased by private or trade sale and the said vehicle is driven from the place of sale then a warranty of no less that 28 shall be held by law.

If the car was driven from the sale premises then it must be of reasonable condition and a reasonable amount of life expectancy must be allowed to the vehicle.
Your main stumbling point may be to prove that the fault was with the car when u bought it or was about to happen and is not as a result of your driving.
