Default Yellow symbol on air-con/audio display

I'ne just had a yellow symbol appear next to temperature on air-conditioning/audio display. Looks a bit like a feather and shows in both day and night mode.

Any idea what it is as I can't see any mention in the handbook?

No, doesn't mean that. It symbolises a thermometer...

He is talking about the right hand side... Where the temperatures are displayed

Yellow dots are just next to temperature. Coming from a Saab, I'm now pretty sure it is dead pixels or a screen problem (my Saab didn't have that but plenty did).

That isn't mine

Auto climate control is a standard here! All Volvos are only offered with factory AC from 2009 onwards... Earlier models nearly always had it...

The snowflake comes up in the speedo!?

Silly me mixing up my left and rights1 What a pillock. When I was looking for a V50 I did see a car with the lower half of the display blank as it was faulty.

Didnt know certain things were country market related as to the heating and climate control.
