Little update.

I spent a few hours on Saturday playing with this, and what I thought would be a fix .... wasn't

The thickness of the bearing wall was too thick, it would fit if I drilled the hole in the assembly out slightly. Also the length was far too long so I needed to trim it down.

However I did notice that the hole in the pushrod yoke was very badly worn and elongated, this isn't helping the feel of the clutch pedal. So I need to look at that first.

The clutch pedal assembly is just steel with no bush for the clutch master pivot, as you’ve found the hole for the pin gets elongated after a while. The fix is to weld the hole up and redrill it- although you could redrill the hole oversize for the bush you’ve bought.

Cheers

Thanks for that, on mine it's the yoke that's worn out.

So I've taken a punt on the adjustable rod, only 16 squids posted, and comes with cotter pin etc.

I will have a play around and see if it fits, will be handy to have an amount of adjustability if it works.

My mate is giving me his old MIG welder, so looking forward to having a play in the future. If this one fits, I'll repair the worn out yoke and keep as spare etc.

This is excellent forum business chaps. It will end up with a good solution for this common issue, and that will be useful to other correspondents in the future - well done.
