Default V70 R AWD - 1999, some help with brakes ?

Hi there

I have a V70R 1999 and struggling to get new rear brake discs ?
(I'm not a mechanic hence the vague questioning)
My local garage had given me a cost to replace all pads discs but when they had been sent the discs the rear were not the right size (unvented, but the ones on there are vented)
Wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of where to buy a set ? The garage are happy to fit them for me, they just clearly found it too troublesome to sort them.
They wrote on my receipt that it needs to be a 288mm vented disc brake but am taking that with a pinch of salt as would rather check with people who know.

Any advice (and links) would be really appreciated

Regards

Phil

Hi Phil,

I ended up going to euro car parts for mine.. Although this was for a 2005 v70r and brembo but worth a try. Mine are 300mm vented but maybe high on the price side for some...
Don't think your year would have the same so you would need to check.
Hope this helps

Have you checked this post https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=315924 only listed a week ago so he might still have them.

I got them from Skandix for my mk1 V70R ph 3 in June 2019, at least from my experience they seem to be good brakes even if very expensive
