Default For Sale - my Dad's 850 GLT

My Dad's maroon N reg 1996 850 estate is for sale, the traitor has moved over to BMW. He's always had it fully serviced at the correct intervals, it's got a full service history, everything works as it should. The bumpers and plastic are greying, they come up fine using a blackening product. Unfortunately when he changed cleaning products he got some laquer peel on the roof and bonnet. It's got a dog guard and I think a tow bar. He says the air con works but he's never really used it so I'm not sure if unused air con has to be regassed? The car is down in Pembrokeshire, South Wales. My Dad thinks it's got about seven months mot left on it and a few weeks tax. If you want my Dad's phone number pm me, please only phone my parents between my 10 - 2 and 6 - 9, my mum has to sleep afternoons due to illness. Be warned, my father can talk the hind leg off a donkey! This is the thread I posted in the lounge about it, there's a not very good photo of it there!

Edit, about one hundred and twenty odd thousand miles on the clock

Laney you may be a popular member in the lounge (and on my friend list) but if a newbie posted this I would say it was a shocking advert and if you're serious about selling it, take some time out of your day to take a few proper photos of the exterior and interior, ask your dad to write down all the work that has been done and exact details on MOT and Tax.

Take it for a drive yourself and then post back how it drives.

May sound like hassle but will give you a better chance of a sale.

Oh and the price, if you're unsure have a look at some of the previous adverts and cars on sale currently to see what sounds like a fair price.
