V70: Wheels/Brakes - V70 spacesaver wheel and insert

Hello. Does anyone know if it's possible to put a full size (205 55 R16 in my case) spare in the boot? If not, what would you recommend? I've heard that Renault and Vauxhall wheels fit volvo. I really need to get the wheel, jack and brace.

Not to sure about the 2010 models but on the previous shape the only limiting factor was if you had seven seats or not. With seven seats you had to use a spacesaver.

I can't fit a full size 225/50/17 wheel in mine, you might just squeeze a 205/55/16 in but I have seen loads of threads where people have tried all sorts and not managed, I have not seen any threads saying anyone has managed to.
I am about to sell my V70 if I don get a good price I will send it to auction, if I do the spare will be coming out and put up for sale on here. Keep an eye out in the forsake section.

hi, i actually have a brand new spare,tools and bag in the sale area of the site, took it out of my v60 when i part exchanged it but it is the same size spare and tool kit in my new xc70 so will fit the v70.
