Default 2008 V70 3.0 T6 - Timing Belt or Chain

I've search this forum and the internet but have not found an absolutely definitive answer, so apologies if this has been covered already.

I have a late 2008 V70 T6 Auto which has done 101,500 miles. I remember reading somewhere about timing belts needing to be changed at 10 years or 108,000 miles. Does this apply to my car or does it have a timing chain?

Many thanks

Rupert.

It will have a chain at the flywheel end of the engine , if you look down at the "front" end of the engine you should see there is nothing there , no pulley no belts , nothing !

Does the chain need servicing/changing like a belt would at that interval (or indeed any interval)

Not to my knowledge, they are for for life chains, but I've never had a T6 or worked on one so don't take that 100% for gospel

Local dealer quoted me £1150 to change the cambelt. Pointed out that I didn't think the car has a cambelt. Didn't change the quote. #Class.
