HELP regarding ZF box.

Hi all can anyone remember reading a post regarding the "don't rev the ZF gearbox for to long" post.

I seem to vaguely remember reading it on here somewhere.It was saying that when mot is being done then it should be in a certain position or the box doesn't pump oil and overheats?

I have my mot coming up in a few weeks and would like to point this out to the mot guy.
I will carry on searching but so far haven't had any luck.Help please.

There's a post in the 'Articles' section about emission testing ZF gearboxes. I don't know if that's the one you mean?
