Suggest you give them a call or email them directly. I used the offer the last time round and it appeared the dealer never got notification from the web site. In the end I emailed the dealer.

Hi Haggis, please could you let me know how much you pay for these XC60 mats. I suspect I've been overcharged by Doves.

I picked mine up today, great. The woman at the parts desk was not happy that they would have to wait until Volvo reimbursed them the discount which could take as long as a month lol. I paid £20 for them.

I finally have mine ordered after chasing 3 dealers and a note to Volvo UK customer care.

2014 V60 -£20 after the discount.

Hi, I'm collecting mine from Rybrook Warrington later today and they have told me they'll be £20. It's an S60 I drive though. Possibly £35 including discount is about right for the XC60.

I had to argue a bit with the dealer I used, as he thought the offer was mats for £35, I advised it was £35 off the price of the mats, he went off to check the website, came back 5 mins later apologised and advised the offer was indeed £35 off the cost, so they were £20

Many thanks for the price info chaps, I've just challenged Doves about this on the phone. They now say I've been over charged for my XC60 mats. Original charge was £35. They should have charged £55 less the £35 discount = £20. So £15 coming back :-)
