Servicing in S & W Wales

I'm new to Volvos, so don't know where to get a reliable service in South and West Wales. So any suggestions near Cardigan, Carmarthen and the Welsh M4 corridor (- thats the one with 50 mph speed limits, two lanes in the busy bits and permanent speed cameras!)
