anyone out there know anything about fitting a oil cooler to a s40?

also what about water injection, Don at Kalmar has pretty much talked me into gettin 1 off of him. anyone got 1?

is it true that putting mouse turds into the airbox does nothing for performance?

Fitting what kind of oil cooler a gearbox one or engine one cos they come with engine ones as standard do all turbo s/v40's. Its that little silver thing under crank pully with 2 coolent hoses going to it.If you wanted i suppose you could get a oil to air oil cooler but am not sure how you would go about plumbing it in or where you'd put it.

I think it depends what you intend to do with car to weather you need water injection or not, its more a safe guard than anything else help keeping combustion tempritures down. If your wanting to go balls out running big boost pressures then i would defo recommend it but if your just going air filter exhaust and chip i wouldn't bother.

Don't know about mouse turds but all that sponge in s40 airbox's carn't do a great deal for performance and neither can the less than useless cold air feed.

I run Llamma turds in my airbox, they make the exhaust fumes smell nice

i was in bogata recently for the 2005 world llama spitting championship, it was a wicked time, spittal all over the place!

but didn't know about the turds, i should of collected some.
