I usually buy from our local Morrisons, but try to put at least one tank of BP Ultimate or the Shell Vpower in every fourth tank fill.

I do get around 10% better mpg (checked several times on brim to brim refills) with the higher grade petrol plus the engines seem to run more smoothly on it....or maybe that's just wishful thinking validating the higher price!

My 1.9 golf cant tell the difference between supermarket and branded, Ive never tried "sooper" as it so expensive.
I do put main brand in, go through phases, depends on local prices and vouchers in the free paper.

Looking like Shell will be my next fill up as it's on the way to the M42 from where I am in Brum.

It's got a mix of Jet & Esso in it at the moment.

Supermarket all the way. The price difference is too great for me to justify and any potential gain is marginal.

I've run cars on supermarket fuel for years now. No issues but then there wouldn't be as the basics of the diesel are the same all over.

Tesco Momentum 99 RON for me!

Been using it for 9 years straight, performance and emissions are still spot on.

Company fuel card which ranges from use at Morrisons, Esso and ESSAR.

I just pull in and fill up with diesel.

Last quarter million miles or so have been on Tesco/Costco/other cheapest.
Never had any fuel related issues apart from the excessive thievery of the government.

I prefer Shell garages around here because they tend to be cleaner with newer pumps. Some even have an attendant and as most people don't need help those ones are extra clean.

Nothing worse then climbing out of the car into a diesel/sand mud.
