Default Help - XC90 Brake Failure Warning Message

Hi, I have a 'brake failure, please stop safely' warning message that comes up on my 2004 XC90, along with the ABS light and brake light on the dash. The message is not on all the time, some days its on some days it's not. The brakes are working fine. I have checked the pads, discs, fluid etc and all is fine. Does anyone know what is causing this? Thanks.

Check if there is a loose connector close to the brake pedal...or maybe close to the brake booster in the engine compartment. I recall something similar after replacing my brake booster two years ago, turned out to be a bad clip on one of the connectors. Don't remember if it was actually on the booster or the master brake cylinder (if that's what it's called in English) or somewhere close by though...
