  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.

Which would be more suitable for higher mileage vehicles? Mines on 157k

Stick with either of those. Mine is well over 200k miles now and still runs on 0W30 or 5W30. 157k is barely run in

Shell is excellent oil, priced ridiculously well.
Plus that is from opie oils who are extremely reputable and you can guarantee its genuine stuff.
For that price you can buy 10l, then next service only buy 5l and have top-up inbetween 👍

Ordered 2 of those. Got another £2.40 for ordering 2. Happy days.

So for filters is there any particular brands that are better?

Did you not read my original post? Lol!
Mann or Mahle are the best aftermarket filters, but, also are the same filter as genuine Volvo. Mann/Mahle make the oe filters, the volvo ones are the same filter with a volvo stamp on them. You cant go wrong with either brand, they pride themselves on their filter quality (which is why they're oe supply) but dont cost a lot of money.
