Default Kalmar Union - still trading?

I've tried visiting their website a few times over the last couple of weeks and it seems to be down. Does anyone know if Don is still trading?

TIA

He's been on here in the last few days so why not visit his profile and send him a pm?

Doh! I should have thought of that.

I looked at the Ferrita thread and saw a few unanswered messages dating back a while, and so thought (as the website is dead) that he may have retired. I'll drop him a PM - thanks

Thanks bashy - that explains a lot

Simmy, I've heard a lot of good things about Tony Banks - in fact I've got him bookmarked from when I had my last V70R I went to a local guy for that one in the end, and he was very good so I might end up going back to him this time (http://www.custompipes.co.uk/)

Which means I'll have to find someone else for a TME remap. Might end up going to Shem as he is reasonably local...

Thanks everyone

I am indeed the same RT

The custom exhaust went on the one before the Bonewagon - HotRod. That one was sold to a guy in Germany - apparently V70Rs are very expensive over there, and LPG is highly desirable, so he paid top book money for it.

Had a message back from him a few days later saying it was the best LPG'd V70R he'd come across lol - he made it to the Dover ferry from Doncaster in just over 3 hours !!!

I loved the Bonewagon, in particular the interior after I'd fitted the birch trim. I'd love to have that interior in my S70! Just for people who hadn't seen it, here is a pic -

I've just checked ASKMID and it is insured and still on the road - but IIRC the buyer didn't like the birch and refitted the silver trim
