2014 V40 radio question
Is there any way to keep the radio switch on when you open the driver's door?
I often have a situation where I have passengers in the car and I stop to pop into a shop, I would like to leave the radio on for the benefit of the passengers, but as soon as I open the driver's door the radio switches off. If you press the start button the radio will come on again but you have missed a section of the program you were listening to. In all my other cars, as long as the key was still in the ignition the radio would stay on for up to an hour before switching off or would switch off when the key was removed. |

I don't think so. I have the same problem and just hit the radio button as soon as it switches off.
