Default ECM-250A Long Term Fuel Trim - Upper Limit

hey all,

Got this error on my '02 V70 2.4 petrol when checking VIDA:
ECM-250A Long Term Fuel Trim - Upper Limit

I think it's an issue with one of the o2 sensors, I can see their values in Vida but I'm not sure what their values should be.
One of the o2 sensors varies its value when revving the engine, the others seem to stay the same.

Anyone know where I can find what the o2 sensor values should be at idle?

Cheers all!

Not sure but I'm thinking 02 sensor as well. I had a similar code come up 2 months back. "blah, blah, blah fuel trim." Replaced the up stream sensor and all was well. When I pulled the old one, it looked like someone had dipped it in fondue!

This could also be the MAF sensor. If O2 sensors fail altogether (or the heaters) they generate a separate error.

check the values in freeze frame data first, don't start chucking parts at the problem before you have some decent data to analyse. There are plenty of forced testing that can confirm or deny a components ability to perform correctly.

Thanks for all the info guys.

How can I confirm if it's the lambda sensor? I can see the value but don't know what they should be showing?
