I want to build a 2 door estate but as a van at some stage.

That is sweet! Thanks for sharing. Love that Merc look. The fluted valve covers and the three carb set up looks great too. Although am I right in thinking thats a GM motor up front?

im building it to as origonal '50s custom that i can using origonal and new parts that was available up to 1956, the engine is a late model iron chevy 350ci 5.7L with origonal '50s cal custom rocker covers,

it's not my garage, the picture was taken when it was on display at the rhythem riot 2011 for the George Barris expo.

April 1996 edition it came from! TBH I'd forgotton about it and was looking through some old mags when I spotted in Motorvation
