XC60 tailgate

After 8 happy years and 126,000 miles with Gen 3 V70 D5 thoughts are turning to replacing it. One of the cars on the short list is an XC60 2 to 3 years old. Can any one tell me if they all have an electric tailgate. I think my garage roof will be too low( 2.03m , 6ft 8") to fully open the tailgate but I understand they can be programmed to open lower

Most seem to have an electric tailgate but some do not .

The only model which does not have a power tailgate as standard is the R-Design (basic spec.).

There are details in the handbook about how to easily programme the tailgate to open to your desired height (in the 2010 handbook anyway).

Might not have happened in the UK, but they made it an option on the momentum line in Germany three years ago. My colleague got surprised not noticing the change and is now driving around without. So at least worth checking.

And yes the high can be programmed.
