Ditto. I've always felt they would sell many more of these 'software patches' if the price was sub-£500.

Likewise. My local dealer, TMS knocked 100 quid off straight away but wouldn't do more than that, saying it would be below cost to them if it was any lower. However, Elk Performance of Bristol offer the optimisation at 699, via the dealer in Bristol. I've also seen a dealer from (I think) Doncaster advertise it at 699. So what is cost? Who knows. What I am having real difficulty with is finding a Volvo dealer who bothers to return my calls or emails, none seem to be bothered about it.

I'd be up for it if there was a special offer on the table. My local dealer unofficially told me they would match another dealer's price but the best offer I can find by googling is only £25 or so cheaper than the list price.
