s60 locks
hi everyone i ve just purchased a s60 2011 2.4 d5 se lux and was wondering if this is normal when you se off the auto deadlocking kicks in all fine the prob is or not might the case be is the doors all open from the inside but are still locked from the outside (only found out trying to the dogs out the back) the doors unlock with the button inside and by pressing the fob jusy wondering if there is a prob or is it norm thanks in advance

It's normal and the same with the boot. You will eventually get used to pressing the door button when picking someone up or the boot button before you get out of the car.

Not sure about 2011 models, but on my 2014 model you can disable the autolock in the Settings if you would prefer your doors to be unlocked as you drive around.

I've got a 61, V60, and the doors don't lock, unless I lock them.
So as stated above, run through the menu, there's probably an option to disable autolocking. |
