Thumbs up Check out Swedespeed

Hi

Someone on the Swedespeed forum wanted to fit an Aluminium footrest on top of the existing "built-in" carpeted one. He found out that he was able to screw into the current footrest - it is Left Hand Drive though...

Cheers...
I miss my Alfa's Aluminium footrest!

Hi

The footrest is integral to the carpet and can easily be removed by swapping the carpet piece for the one for a manual. When I bought my first S60 I had a problem with the footrest being in just the wrong position for me and giving me a bad back. The solution the dealer came up with was to swap the carpet to remove the foot rest. So - original Volvo part, right fit and right colour. If you didn't know there was supposed to be a foot rest you wouldn't know.

I've just bought a new S60 and the dealer has done the same again.
