WHYYYYYYYYYY!!!!

Today i went to London. 130 Miles. Got ou at 6 am Motorway here we go. What a ride, silent smooth, most of the timr 60 70 mph cruise at 2500 rpm. Feels and sounds like a new car. Got there after 4 miles of slow traffic. 4 hours latter return.......................Sound loud like egr sound always on, slow on acel. clumsy gearbox specially on traffic when stops we can feel the 1st gear getting in ( no clunt , just feel) Most of the way sound loud. then for 10 min or so getr silent, then all the way home loud. we stopped at lidl for some things. First few miles silent then loud again.
When i got home check with vida only things are cruise contril fault....and it works like a clock . Quality air sensor. since i got her. and somethng to do with the radio..i have a nav system.

Tested egr you can hear the click and the bass sound and then shuts.
Notice the top part of flexible is black, not much .. wile the rest is like golden...leak??

SO WHY IT GETS LOUD LIKE BASS SOUND!!!!
IS IT POSSESSED!!!!!

If the transmission get clunky once back in the city, I would suspect the fluid is a little worn and overheats, could do with a partial change

For the noise, does it stay there if you pull over and let it idle ? If you, you may try listening with a 3-4ft hose carefully around the engine (other end at the ear).

By the way, the D5 turns at 2500rpm at 60mph?

I have done 4 Gibbons change on my fluid is nice and red, las one 3 weeks ago.....!!!!!!

Yes it will stay there.....like a bass sound like egr.

I will try the hose..

Yesterday i tried with the hose to narrow the sound i couldn't i dont know where it is.
All i know is , i guess its getting louder and increases as the car reaches 2000 rpm and then decreases after 2000 rpm. And some times the bass sound starts and shuts but its very similar to the sound at 2000 rpm.
Another thing that i think is going on is the engine bay gets really hot , enough that you cant touch the metal bar above the radiators. It really burns you....any relation you guys find?

I was tracking what i did to the car last major thing was i have cleaned the intake manifold and replace the valve cover gasket. No leaks all is good , i have checked the inter cooler pipes all in order.

Its getting really stressful

Ok i tried my best ot record the sound

This was in the morning i went to Shopping 11 miles away. all the trip it was like that at 2000 rpm the loud sound if you go above or under its gone but at 2000, its loud. In real its much louder than in the recording.
Then on our way back silent and smooth...

Any ideas???

Sounds certainly annoying indeed.

Is this an AWD ?

Manual ?

I would also think at engine mount problem - maybe one has collapsed and it's causing any issues with the engine touching the subframe at some point, or some stress on the drive shafts..

Hello.
Its a automatic. You can see the D beside the clock
The noise is always at 2000 rpm. in the video you can hear me going to 2000 rpm and below then over and the noise goes away
