  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

IT has to be the garages fault.
Talk to solicitors.
yes talk to volvo uk but unless they agree to srt it out (unlikely, it would cost money) you're going to court.

was it fuel pipes leaking?or poorly fitted rocker gasket leaking oil onto turbos manifold i agree garage has to take responsebility

i had same issue we sent a xc90 to main dealer to be looked at as i worked for a indpendent volvo garage and on the way back from them it caught fire was due to the leak off pipe not being connected

There may be a very good reason why they couldn't get back on, but generally...

Don't you just hate when people don't have the common decency to update old threads they started, especially when the problem is resolved.

It's like letting a door slam in the face of the person behind.

probably legal reasons these type of events often have a long drawn out process eventualy involveing barristers
