did your car not start at all every morning mines only some times and the problem only started when I left it parked on a steep hill for a few days?

is there a way to bleed the air out of the fuel lines at all

Initially, my problem was proper cold starts i.e.car left overnight and fine when warm or within a few hours of last turning off.
Eventually though, it was pretty much every start, all temperatures.
As for bleeding I'm not sure as yours is a different model. My D5 is self bleeding. Ignition on and off 3 times for around 15 seconds a time but that's only needed after a fuel filter change or if you run out.

Well i only had the fitler changes the outher week and the day befor that i did run out of diesel a few days befor that might try to bleed it like you say with the ignition
