2004 XC90 D5 163 Geartronic 150k

I'm considering selling my XC90 to allow the purchase of a V8 (maybe Volvo, maybe Land Rover) as it's an itch I've wanted to scratch for ages, and there's no time like the present!

The basics;
53 plate XC90 D5 SE Geartronic
12 months MOT (can provide reg number for anyone interested)
Black with full oak leather
AWD system works perfectly (the prop was the first thing I checked on each one I viewed)
4x new Kumho winter tyres fitted in December at a cost of £500
Heated seats, cruise control
Witter towbar installed by me in October 2016, has towed a trailer to Kent and back and that's all. 7 pin electrics in metal socket.
Wood steering wheel, nice original accessory

A really lovely thing to waft around in, and it handles surprisingly well for its size, now it's on decent tyres.

There aren't many issues at all with the car, but I'll detail what I know, and be picky!

All 4 alloys are a bit tired looking, and would benefit from a refurb. My intention is to buy a nicer set of wheels and tyres for summer use, and keep the rough ones for winter.

The nearside door mirror has a small chunk missing from the outer casing, doesn't affect its operation in any way.

The driver's window, if allowed to close using the one touch switch, will lower a little once it reaches the top, just hold the switch all the way and it's fine.

There's a couple of lights out on the stereo fascia.

It got an advisory for a binding brake at MOT. I was aware of this but parts hadn't arrived in time. Have fitted new sliders ordered from FRF but they haven't helped, so I'm going to fit a good used caliper and new rear pads to both sides this week.

I gave the car an engine service (oil and filters) in November 2016, and also fitted new alternator belt and tensioner/idler, all genuine parts, as always. It got fresh antifreeze at the same time.

Overall an honest car with average mileage, slightly above average bodywork, decent interior and the smoothest D5 geartronic combination I've come across.

I'll get some photos of it soon and post them up. Happy to take photos of anything in particular anyone wants to see. Only advertising it here for now to avoid eBay etc. I'm in Cumbria, as usual I'm quite happy to collect from Oxenholme or Ulverston stations, or deliver anywhere in the UK/EU for whatever it costs me in fuel and return fares.
