2003 XC90 T6 intermitted won't start,new starter & battery - Page 5

UPDATE: OK, ran jumper wire from starter trigger lug to starter relay pin 86 and starter turns over, so not starter, but it will not start like others said they could do with same jumper, ignition was on, even tried it while starter was spinning to turn key to start, nothing. So is ignition switches common problem of no start? Will check wiring to ignition, or does a failed halo cause a no start issue, I heard these don't usually go bad, any input, did connect and clean with electronic spray in case of connection issue which many reported. Any other suggestions?

Just quick update: I took out TCM/ECM and cleaned them. Start problem did not come back in the last 3 months.
