The video- This may be a daft question but have you got an air filter installed? If it was a boost leak, it would be a whoosh noise, that just sounds like turbo whistle.

Surely, air filter is in it's location. Changing oil and filters every 10k km. This whistling sound is so annoying.

I would recommend a smoke test to see if there are any leaks.
Have you checked the egr components to make sure they are tight? The other thing it could be is a foreign body on the vanes of the turbo, but that would be more of a screech.

I had a quick look at those pics, the first picture, I would recommend cleaning it all off and checking again.
One way I tested for boost leaks is to put on hearing protection, Lift car up on ramps and get someone to hold revs about 3500rpm. Then use a bottle with soapy water, squirt onto all the joins and connections. Itll be obvious with bubbles. THEN and only then, you can rule out any escaping charged air and move onto mechanical means of noise.

Could I do smoke test with e-cigarette? and where I need to blow that air with smoke that would spread all over the air system? In the air filter box? Never did it before.

For the EGR, I checked for soot, but there wasn’t any crap and looks like I hadn’t left any bolts untightened.

I think I’m going to try test with soapy water on weekend.
