You will find his thread under "Spec checks for UK vehicles" in the General Volvo section.

He will need your reg. number , maybe more, but I am pretty sure he will give you a definitive list as to what is fitted to your car.

Just might be worth contacting him with your specific question.
Hi Rustyfrog,

ah that's a great tip, I'll definitely get in touch with Marc.

cheers, David

Hi Rustyfrog,

Yes, Marc replied super fast with the car info/specs:

https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showpost.php?p=2656105&postcount=636
2017 model year

Col: 71400 OSMIUM GREY
Uph: UB0000 BLOND CHAR/LEAB/BLOND

Option
000315 WOOD INLAYS DASHBOARD,
000790 REAR PARKING CAMERA
000882 Smart phone integration w

12/05/20 24,554
11/04/19 19,146
20/04/18 10,988

And, he also advised me to continue the discussion with supplying dealer and also escalating to customer services (custcare@volvocars.com) if I don't think their answer is correct.

When I was at Sentinel London yesterday I had a conversation with a few technicians and they initially claimed that the ECO-button in functions view and also the ECO-gauge in drovers display are options that mu year/model doesn't have.

But I brought a print-out of the relevant manual and showed that these are standard equipment. They actually tooka picture of my copy of the manual and promised to check again (actually read the manual?).

Also the sales manager who sold me the car was there and together we checked the in-car manual that also confirmed my arguments.
I like the guy and trust he can sort it out with the technicians for me.

If not (soon) I'll will indeed escalate to custcare@volvocars.com and/or get second opinion from another somewhere else.

thanks
David

Good Luck David.

For info. My V90 was registered on the 09/03/2017.
I have the ECO mode.
I looked at it once, then forgot about it!

Let us know the outcome.

This probably doesn`t affect you but I currently have new XC40 on loan, and the drive mode button is on the row of buttond beside the air con and radio mute dial.

Yours couldn`t be there could it?

Hi BroadwayBlueshirt,
Thanks but thats indeed not for me the case (and in general V90s I believe).

From you signature i see that you have a S90, same year as my V90.
How where can you select ECO mode?

thanks
David
