That's some ****e luck mate - I had a similar kind of thing happen to my V70R back in May, a Lorry reversed into it whilst I was stationary in a layby. I got all the bits for mine from a mixture of Lakes Volvo, PFS Parts and Ebay. I know Lakes do have at least one other silver V70 with a bonnet on, but they're a bit of a way from you unfortunately. Good luck with your repair!

Default Repair put on hold

The liability insurance will hopefully be writing the car off due to the parts not being available the front bumper has been discontinued by volvo so hopefully once the engineer has seen it again I will get paid out for it and fix it

For reference, mine is a 97R with 164k on the clock. They offered me £2800 and I bought it back instantly for £440, so net payout £2360.

Mines a 1999 manual fwd highly modified engine wise and suspension and upgrade brakes I'll see what they say I have no intention of getting rid of the car so a lump of money and it back will do nicely thanks for your help with the valuation as prices are all over the place

Hi I have had a very generous offer from the liability insurance company for the car also because it is a liability claim and not a road traffic accident they will not be putting the car on the list
