If you can get one then I would get a facelift XC60 D5 AWD SE LUX. The facelift front end is much prettier in my humble opinion and the LUX spec has HID/BI-Xenon lights which are brilliant and the TFT instruments.

I agree, or the D4 AWD, (D4 without AWD is VEA) also 5-cylinder but just a littlebit less power. With polestar tuning like the D5, because of polestar tuning a better switching automatic gearbox.
I have had no problems at all with my D4 AWD, only got at 100.000 kilometers the advice to internally clean the gearbox and refresh oil. Changes gears super smooth.
Once a Volvo.... now I am considering buying a new T6 Recharge. Here in Holland there is a growing resistance against Diesel.
