Default Navigation instructions in instrument cluster

Hi all,

I don't think this is possible with the instrument cluster I have (the one with Elegance, Eco and Performance), but can I get the navigation instructions to show in the instrument cluster as well as the main console screen?

I've checked the manual but can't find anything around this and it seems to be that this option came in with the latter displays where you can only have the twin dials (Glass, minimal, chrome etc)

It's been a while since I have done it but I'm 99% sure the arrows come up in my cluster which sounds the same as yours...

You should be able to get Navigation with Turn by Turn in the instrument panel, this shows the next manoeuvre and distance to it. In settings > Navigation > guidance options > Turn by Turn, tick the box to enable.

I've checked and that setting was already ticked, yet no turn-by-turn instructions when guidance is active.

I've even tried it in Eco and Elegance mode to see if it needs to be split dials unlike the Performance theme which has the single dial in the middle, however it makes no difference.

Any ideas?

Have you set a destination when you have tried it?

Yep, destination was Home as stored in the Home location setting.

Gives me all the vocal navigation and split screen instructions etc, just not in the instrument cluster.

To aid diagnosis, what exactly have you got showing in the TFT cluster - maybe there are screens that don't allow the Nav to get displayed ?

Mine is the TFT display and will show arrows in the middle of the speedo (when in elegance mode)

Definitely works on mine in performance mode

Maybe try turning the option off and back on again? I had an issue with my mirrors not folding on lock despite the option being ticked. Turning it off and back on sorted it
