Its a real shame but they aren't worth the money to sell on.

Probably all ended up like this:

I agree, the travelling and the journey home is part of the fun.
When i picked our old Zafira up, i jumped on a train at 5am, travelled to Coventry via a few other places, then drove home without a working speedo, having to rely on sat nav speed readings!

Distance shouldn't ever be ab issue for a car that you want. I know lads who have bought cars in ireland, flown over and got the ferry back!

It may be expensive but, it appears to be a highly equipped low mileage mint example, it's practically new.

Funny you should say that, I flew to East Midlands for my old '98 T4, Bradford for the '98 TD and Bradford again for the '03 1.9D

I just can't get enough of Little Chef on the A55.......honestly!

These T4's arent bad motors and can be bought really cheap, but theya re getting few and far between now since most of them have been broken for spares. I'd rather have a T4 than a Scobby any day. You lees of a muppet in a T4 than a Scooby and usually youll still be pushing them along on the straights.

I was 21 when I got my T4 and my mates took the **** out of my grandads car and why did I buy an old Volvo. They soon shut up when I left them all for dead, including a Saxo VTS.
Thumbs up for showing up a Saxo VTS! To the young generation "Sick innit"

Bit far from you and a bit hefty on the price point but looks to be in pretty good condition...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2002-VOLVO...item1c340dc773

Bear in mind mine is almost the same goodie wise and I paid £1100 for mine just over a year ago with 129k on the clock Granted it did need another £1200+ spending on it in 3 weeks but hey ho

I also traveled to Cambridge for mine which was a fun drive home - Especially after jumping from a 1.4i Corsa to that - It scared the sh*t out of me!
