Wood Door Trim / Leather Door Cards

Morning all.

I am now looking for some wooden door trim for the V40 - the claret one. I know a lot of you get rid of it in favour for the black trim, so I am hoping I might be in luck!!
In particular, I am looking for some for the front passenger door, drivers door and rear passenger door (drivers side) which are a bit scratched now.

I might also be possibly interested in the off-black leather door cards. Mine aren't particularly bad, just a few nicks here & there. So, if the replacement was in particularly good condition, I'd replace them. Again, front passenger door card, both rear passenger cards.

My V40 is a ph2 with electric windows all round.

The cards do look in pretty good condition, but I am really only after the wood bits. I think beige door cards might look too much of a contrast in my otherwise black interior!
