Early 460 parts needed please
Hi guys.
I'm restoring an early 460 Turbo and looking for various parts, can anyone help, please? 1. Rear boot side plastic trim in grey/black - I think the later facelift cars have the same 2. Front bumper black plastic insert (same as 440) - mines all battered! 3. Centre console lid in grey 4. Bottom rear suspension spring mount (the big plastic one with the centre pin - same as later 480) 5. Bump stop top mounts (the plastic saucer that the bump stop fits into - same as later 480) 6. Passenger side rear mudflap (preferably new) 7. Complete new early turbo exhaust system, no cat. 8. A new header tank 9. Dashboard end trim piece (a rectangular piece of plastic that clips in at the end to hide some trim screws) 10. Early round interior lamp switches that locate the front door aperture. As I have a 440 and 480, I'd be interested to hear of any New Old Stock items that may be languishing in garages/workshops... Thanks again! Rob |

Your parts enquiry...
Hi Rob, this is Russ from Bristol, don't have any of the parts you list but I do have from a 440, one pair of door mirrors in black, manual, one rear screen retractable sun blind, a Thule Footpack (code 960) comprising 4x feet, 2x roofbars with end caps, 4x securing bolts 1x Allen key all with original instructions. All parts in good usuable condition. Prices negotiable as all revenues will go to charity (and as you are in Worcester perhaps we could rendezvous somewhere near the M5 to reduce carraige costs?) 07896880090

thanks
Thank-you for replying Gents.
triumphjon - Ref the 460 Turbo auto - as these cars are so rare, is it not worth selling the car complete to someone who might repair it? - I believe their survival rate, including those on SORN, is well into single figures. morrisminder187 - Thanks again for the offer but I think many of those parts won;t fit and I don;t really have a need for them - but thanks for thinking of me. it would take a very brave person to restore , having looked closly at the 440 at the same location i found it very rusty underneath , to the point it needed both inner and outer sills . the 460 auto is also a non runner hence spares or repair , however if someone is brave enough it can be restored
