SKH SKH Last Online: May 31st, 2022 20:03 Join Date: Jan 2009 Location: Brighton	I towed my caravan from Shoreham to Middlesborough last Monday, 320 miles with my XC60 D5 Se-Lux using the Adaptive Cruise Control which is THE BEST INVENTION EVER. Set to 63MPH all the way, I achieved 22.5 MPG which I reckon os pretty good considering the car had only done 1600 miles before I left. Because the system monitors the speed of whatever is on front of you, it is so relaxing and easy to drive. Of course, you have to keep your wits about you but it is infinately better that 'normal' cruise control, especially in this country.
