  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

No need to detach the steering column, just lift the outer rubber 'jacket' and see if the spring ring seats correctly, otherwise compress and remove it. It's a bit annoying to work with this spring because of the access, and also the two end spring bends - where we grab it with fingers, has to sit at about 1 or 2 o'clock on the floor if I remember well, it has more place at that position
