Volvo app borked on Apple Watch

The Volvo app (v5.23) no longer works on my Watch Ultra (OS v9.3); it simply won't open. Strangely, however, I still get notifications on the Watch for 'car unlocked', etc.

EDIT:
Having checked when OS updates were applied on the iPhone, on the Watch and when the app was last updated, it looks like it was the last Volvo app update that's introduced the bug. Volvo's legendary s/w testing is in play (again).

I assume I'm not the only one with this problem?

I went ahead and left a note on AppStore about AW app not working, maybe they'll get into it sooner if they see numerous users complain
