Nice BLACK(!) 240 GLT on ebay

Rare find in black. Only seen one or two on ebay before, never mind actually seeing one on the road!

Needs some new/good second hand front seats to mend the sagging pockets and knackered drivers seat material. Could probably do with some new rear clusters aswell but would probably polish up. Oh and needs the aftermarket mats slinging!

Nice. Why dont people fully advertise a car though? No mileage listed, no underbonnet pics, limited info etc etc.

Something else - the listing quotes the engine capacity as 2,395cc.

What does it actually have under the bonnet then? GLTs should havea 2,316cc power plant, so either it's been bored and/or stroked, or there's been an engine swap.

As for you Steve, you shouldn't be looking at other Volvos. How would Thor feel if he found out you were even thinking about a replacement? Old Volvos have feelings too

Agree with Roo, one of the first things I look for is engine bay condition, it can tell a lot about the owners attitude to his car. I suppose with this GLT the interior says a lot though. Black looks good when its clean but it don't arf show the dirt!
