Default Sticky Sat Nav screen

On my 2013 S60 my Sat Nav screen occasionally gets stuck on the loading screen when I start the car. It'll display a message saying 'Navigation, please wait' and it'll stay on that screen for the whole journey, longest has been about 2 hours.

When the car has been switched off for a while it'll come back on and work as normal. This has happened maybe half a dozen times in the 2 years I've had the car. Has anyone else seen this and is there a fix for it?
