At first I thought you might have a similar problem to mine - https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=289206 but after watching your vidclip I'd say you have a dead battery or a bad battery connection.

It was the rear screenwash pipe connector, high up under the left side of the dash, above the CEM. The leak made itself obvious, although the footwell carpets were dry.

Are you absolutely sure this is not a flat battery or a bad battery connection?

Yes im sure because i change aku from another car.

I look for CEM and looks good. I ask also Volvo specialist where is the problem and he say - i think its problem with communication on CAN Bus.

And i still dont know where start to search. I buy this car in this condition - seller say and write me on invoice "steuergeratdefekt" - so its mean ECU or CEM i think.

Sorry for my ENG - im from Poland

It could well be the CEM i have seen a few fail , if you are lucky they will cost about £90 , othewise a lot more for an early one for some reason .

Diagnostic connector goes to CEM. So any can bus problems on OBDII port often mean CEM problems

CANbus problems are also caused by water ingress into connectors.

Yes exactly, it can be for example connector caused by water in webasto or another module.

I have another Volvo, the same engine, year etc. Today i try to change ECU module from good car. After this car also want start, and problem will be the same - all warning lights on, navi cant power up etc.

Tommorow i try to change CEM - and see the situation.

I Buy another CEM (used) with the same P/N.

Now its only information about not good key on ingnition.

I think now its problem with synchronise CEM-ECU(ECM).

Question to you. With what tool, Hardware and Software i can clone, synchronise CEM-ECM in this car to see if CEM was the problem?
