Default Remap with 135k on the clock

As title I'm thinking about getting my V60 D4 remapped, I had my last car remap (c30 d3) and the improvement was rolling only difference is the C30 had 85k when it was remapped, but my V60 has 135k am I just asking for trouble?, all the miles were motorway miles, it's just had a full service, and a new clutch and flywheel.

Engine should be fine but I would check carefully the intake system - a remap will invariably mean more boost and that will strain hoses and intercooler...

Has anybody here had their V60 mapped and seen good mpg increase, as well as the obvious bhp increase? I know it depends on driving style etc.

cheers

I had my c30 D3 remapped (not sure of it's the same engine) that went to 200bhp and I noticed a 2/3 mpg increase in the average, bit better on a longer run, in not sure of its down to the improved bhp and torque that you dont have to drive the car as hard
