Volvo v70 decat

Hi everyone just bought myself a V70 2.5 10v . I have a rattle from under the car which i ve found to be the cat. Have any of you out there decatted your volvo and if so where did you get the new pipe.

I wouldn't advise this, as the MoT regs are changing next year, and any post '93 car without a cat will fail, whether it passes the emissions tests or not. I posted a thread about it a while back, a search might find it.

Ive always decatted my cars, even my current 2, my T5 and my TDi, I got the pipe (62mm dia) from Andrew Page motor factors it worked out about 11.50 for a 3 meter length of steel tube, as it stands its perfectly legal to do this decat as long as the emmisions are ok, however there are proposed plans to change this, I not sure if theyre set in stone or whether they will happen in 2012 so until then I dont care and feel the benefit of quicker Turbo spool up times oh and a nicer exhaust note, plus I got 125 and 175 for each CAT in the scrap respectively even though they were rattlin!
