Default Heater temperature

The heater in my 2015 D4 never struck me as hot from when I bought it new in 2015; not exactly lukewarm but just not anything like as hot on High setting as my previous V70 and 940. It has always been adequate but no more than that. Our new Golf is very toasty by way of contrast.

Anyone else noticed this? Is it adjustable perhaps via VIDA?

Thanks

Well, I noticed the same on my MY2016 XC60 D4.
A/C is always on, set to Auto, and air coming from from vents is lukewarm most of the time. In any case not even close to blasts of hot air on previous cars I had (Peugeot, Citroen,...).
Even when target temperature is set to higher values (23.5 C), air from vents is not hot.
