Cleared codes.
Felt confident, fired up car, read codes, bu**er, ECM-2670 code still there !
Never mind, weather was good so it was a pleasant evenings pursuit, and the car drives fine anyway.
However I do like it when a full code read (rarely!) comes back totally clear, it would only have left me with the endemic AQS DTC.
I guess it's either injector No 1 or ECU, I could exchange an injector, for example position 1 to 2, 2 to 1, to confirm it's the injector, but too much expense and trouble whilst the car is apparently running faultlessly.
If I start getting driving symptoms I will change the injector.
I've just spent 30 years paying off one mortgage, I don't need to take on another one at the moment !
Thanks for your help CLAN.

you might get a misfire on idle one day , if so tap the metal top of the relavent injector with a toffee hammer , if this affects it you know it is the injector .
