@ClassicSwede.... Where Are You???
@classicswede I ordered a new blower motor from you and paid on the 20th Dec
I have emailed and called (left a voicemail) and PM'd you on here, oh and texted also (no replies) I have had no confirmation of delivery being sent. You have been active on here, and so you must have got my PM notification, and also my email. Looking at the messages that have been left on your profile by many others it appears that this is a common issue and not the first time... I had booked time off work to enable me to replace my heater blower, this time is now dwindling away... I understand that as an independent business you may have taken time off over Christmas, or even been effected by the strikes.....but to not even reply, or have a note on your website or emailed out to customers is very bad customer service. I have spent some money with you over the past few months, however I will be thinking again before I do, and will most likely spend my money with another company. Unhappy Customer, please sort this out, I didn't want to make this public but I have no choice after 10 days of radio silence. |

Not making excuses for the fella but it might be the Royal Mail at fault here.

Absolutely matey this could be the case, but the postal strikes don't stop anyone from reading emails or replying to other forms of messages etc, or from sending courtesy messages to customers.

And even so, you bring up the fact that you are aware that it is christmas. Yet you still try and call him in every possible way and act surprised when he does not answer. Wait a couple of days and it'll be fine. |

I have specifically chosen to spend my hard earned money with an independent trader instead of on eBay, or with a parts supplier etc, as I like to support them. However as a customer we need to be thought about also, otherwise we take our business elsewhere. 10 days is excessive, and they have been posting on here so they must have some time on their hands??
