Default Misfire on S40 2000 T4

As above really, I have a misfire on my S40 T4, year 2000 but it is a ph2.
I have had the car around a month, and it has had the misfire since getting it but only on tickover, occasionaly the revs will drop to around 400rpm for 20 seconds or so, then rise and level out and go back into the misfire. I have a 2001 V40 T4 which has become a doner car. So upto yet I have swapped the turbo as that was smoking with a bootful, I have swapped the sparkplugs which are gen Volvo and done around 5000 miles, swapped the coil packs over( there was no misfire on the doner car), completed a oil change, changed the coolant, new thermostat and engine coolant temperature sensor.
I get a fault code for the misfire P0300 i think and occasionaly O2 sensor low voltage P0131 I think that one is.
This misfire is on tickover only, it rev's fine and drives fine. Trying to drive in town with a tickle on the throttle every now and then becomes like running on kangaroo juice though.
Thanks in advance.
