Anyone know the history of this car? Is is genuine? Anyone know the condition?

I don't appear to have this one on my database but it looks as if I should have. Have a look at his other items for sale. Over 600 classics, mostly listed at a £1 start. Feedback is all ( I didn't wade through more than about 6 pages) collectors postage stamps, mostly Australia. He has about 3 1/2 pages of stamps for sale and then the cars etc start. Looks like his account has been got at.

Yeah I think so, all the listings were the same except the pics.

Just seen it’s listed twice.

Both listings are fake, Ebay really need to sort this issue out as seeing a lot of listings like this for a fair while now

Simple rules:

Little no information about the car

Single picture

Stupidly low price

Seller has multiple listing using the same format

This means SCAM. Report to eBay and they (eventually) remove the dodgy adverts.

Don't bid, and don't make an offer to annoy the 'seller' as you'll open up your email address to all kinds of abuse.

To prevent your Ebay account becoming hijacked by scammers, make sure your password is unique and hard to guess.

Use something like: CrTbb99855HHnnyt

It needs to be totally random... so no birthdays, house address or partners name. People can and will find this information out, and then you're screwed.

And remember, scammers rely on people being gullible/greedy/stupid/lazy. They only place these ads because some people fall for them... so don't be one of 'em.
