2004 04 plate Volvo S40 2.0D SE 140ps 6 speed diesel manual in Flint Grey with light grey leather. 108k miles but could rise slightly. 50+ mpg. Full SE spec with aluminium waterfall centre console. Winter pack including heated front seats, 4x electric windows, boot spoiler, in dash 6 cd changer, automatic dual zone climate control (nice and cold), 17 inch alloy wheels, full set of genuine Volvo all weather floor mats, cruise control, xenon HID headlight conversion but can be removed if you want. Condition is very good for an 11 year old car with not a single dent and very tidy shiny paint, just some mild stonechips consummate with age and mileage. Comes with 2 smart keys and service history. Only £145 per year road tax (£12.69 on direct debit) taxed until August but new owner must tax themselves due to new rules. MoT expires 15/5/15 but is booked in next week and all essential work required (if any) will be done so car will come with 13 months MoT. Perfect example and superbly reliable family car. Cambelt changed at 81k miles and serviced by me with correct spec Total oil and Volvo filters at 105k miles. This is the non DPF Euro 3 car, so much more reliable than the newer ones. A joy to drive. Would consider offers around the £2700 mark for this now and I will update when it passes its MoT which is booked for this week.

Would sell car for less if one wanted it 'as is' as it still has a few weeks test on it and there's nothing it would fail on. Got a replacement lined up for it you see and could do with a sale haha PM for more info, surely someone wants it lol

Now fitted with 4 brand new tyres, new rear brake pads, fully working handbrake and is in for MoT on Friday and due to sail through. Also has had brand new ISOFIX points installed and never used a few weeks back

Still only £2700, a lot of car for the cash and it is very tidy for its age. Approaching 110k miles now and averaging 57.5 mpg on my commute.

Passed its test today with no advisories, tester was very complimentary about the car but I'd have hoped so seeing as how much money it's had spent on it over the last few months.

I can guarantee this car wants for nothing mechanically and it has just been treated to another haul of work to sort its 100k mile-itis out and there is now nothing left on the to-do list. The car shouldn't cost you a penny in repairs for at least another 2 years.

The car is for sale for a limited time now as its had so much money spent on it it owes me a few miles haha so it's possible we'll trade the C30 instead before that hits 100k so if you want it, come and get it at £2700
